We ship internationally as well, with varying shipping rates depending on your location. We take great care in packaging your jewelry to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your BE'JOUJEWELRY purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Once we receive your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
